Image Market makes it easy for our customers to troubleshoot problems and get help when they need it. We take a 'three-step' approach to technical support. We believe that access to clear documentation and a helpful user community results in fewer problems and a better user experience for all our customers.

STEP 1: Knowledge Base
The absolute fastest way to get answers to most of your questions is to search through our extensive online documentation. We call it our "Knowledge Base."
If you'd rather not browse through categories, you can search through our knowledge base using keywords!
STEP 2: Discussion Forums
Can't find an answer in our knowledgebase? Browse through our discussion forums. Some of our more knowledgable customers and a few of our employees frequent the forums on a regular basis.
Chances are if you can't find it in the knowledge base, it's already been answered in the forums!
STEP 3: Image Market Technical Support
When all else fails, you can contact our technical support team. We strive to answer all emails within 24 hours, and most are answered in subtantially less time.
Some of our hosting plans even include a limited amount of 'call-backs' per month! Send us an email, request a call-back, and you'll get a call from one of our friendly technical support representatives - when you tell us to!
